I can’t find the product I am looking for. Can Dplayground get it for me?
Dplayground is constantly updating the products available on our web site. However, we have an extensive range of product available in store which may not be displayed in our on-line catalogue yet.
If you can’t find the product you are looking for, or you have seen a product in store that you would like to purchase, just send us an email and we will do our best to find the product for you!

How can I pay for my purchase?
You can pay by the following.
Credit Card Payments:
Once your order has been confirmed you will be contacted by phone to complete the order, then the order will be sent out.
Cheque/Money Order:
Once your payment is received and funds have cleared your order will be shipped out.
Direct Deposit:
You will be emailed with Dplayground banking details to deposit the money into the account and don’t forget to put your name in the comment field so we can identify it’s your payment.
PayPal:
Email us for PayPal details.

Does Dplayground Ship Internationally?
Yes, Dplayground ships all over the world. Once you place you order we will send you a return email with shipping costs*
* All Prices on the Dplayground website are in Australian dollars. International orders can be paid by PayPal, (email us for PayPal details), or by Credit Card, we do not accept international money orders.
